Love the The opening to the two rooms , How much would this cost to do. I'm wondering if it would be Less-expensive than opening up the whole wall. And wouldn't give me the same of f effect.

It would certainly be less than removing the wall. You'll need to check with a contractor to find out if it is a bearing wall or not. The nice thing about this arrangement is that you can enjoy the open concept but still have a half wall to use as a separation for the two rooms.

Sleek & Teak - The teak furniture in this family room was purchased in the early 60's and is classic contemporary. Updating with a new leather sofa & John Richard lamps brings this new room into the new century!
