Aloha Home Builders The lower ceiling is 8'8" high and the custom cabinetry comes up to meet it. (probably built to 8'7" and then added crown before painting). The full width is about 12' and the depth at the pillars around the fireplace are 2' from the wall. the TV is 55" and the upper ceiling height is at about 10'. Hope that helps.
