Overlooking a lake, this colonial house underwent a significant expansion and renovation. Keeping a portion of the original house intact, the expansion provided the owners with an indoor/outdoor pool, media room, home office, and master bedroom and bath suite.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your question manuela. Yes, the pool is heated for use in the winter. There is a hard insulated cover that lays over the external part of the pool during the winter to keep the water at an even temperature.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your inquiry. This is a weathered copper roof. We would suggest contacting a metal roof specialist to manufacture the roof.
