What if we do the pantry like this and put the fridge to the left of the sink where the wall currently is? The a slightly raised counter to the right of the pantry to allow for additional counter space. Cupboard space would replace the fridge making the center an island with cupboard space on both sides?

Wonderful way to make the window seem like a garden window style, giving a deep ledge behind the sink without extending the counter top all the way back. I want to keep this for my kitchen redo, since people tell me a garden window is a lot of trouble. Love the pale salmon tiles and paint inside the cabs, illuminated on the uppers
