Becky Harris I am guessing they are custom. What you can have a builder do is take the two seperate cabinets (closed door and window), mount one on top of the other, and then create mouldings like the ones on top and down the side here to unify them.
Divine Kitchens LLC These particular one are custom (it is actually one cabinet). However, you can achieve a similar look by stacking two cabinets on top of each other. Bear in mind that you need 9' ceiling or better for this to work.
I like the etched glass inlay of he door, the lit cabinets with glass panes added above the traditional cabinets. This kitchen has a wooden floor like mine, which I plan on keeping and the plate accents are similar to my collection.
