Archer & Buchanan Architecture, Ltd. The original portion of this home that you see here dates back to c.1720. The stone is likely a Pennsylvania field stone from the Chester County region. It was restored and repointed during the restoration.
We don't have the water features, obviously, but this is a nice example of a fieldstone house on a slope, with mature landscaping that has some character.
I like the bushes, evergreens and walkway bench by the lake. I also like the idea of the retaining wall in front of the house. Could brad's wall be dug out and moved away from the house?
