At first I thought maybe this might have been a den or study converted beautifully into a nursery, all because of the mantle! A smart baby boy's room that really only requires a change in furniture to become a young boy's room down the road.

There's lots of nautical inspiration to be found in this nursery...from the artwork to the pillows to the wonderful compass painted on the ceiling overhead. There's even a ship's wheel secured on the shelf above the crib.
