Archer & Buchanan Architecture, Ltd. This is the staircase at architect, Richard Buchanan's own home. He opted to use a traditional oriental rug cut and placed like a stair runner. It was not particularly expensive so he did not feel quite so guilty cutting it, but in the end it was no more money than getting a piece custom cut and bound anyway. Hope that was helpful!
