Eisner Design LLC It is very easy to snip the std seam metal. A separate piece of std seam was cut and scored to overlap cut seam.

plaidpony i think that since the exterior is very plain and white, that the black frame on the windows adds needed contrast. do you need contrast on your interior or exterior? because you don't need to do both. just my 2 cents. good luck :)

I find the single, double-height column supporting the generous cantilevered roof here very appealing. It might have been possible to pull off the roof without the column, but its presence is a strong anchor to the outdoor space; the eye is led immediately to the column.

This larger rectangular pool stays balanced with a scale in proportion to the house and yard. The darker pool finish reflects the home, visually connecting the two spaces.
