Sensitive addition and 3rd story remodel for Lowry Hill historic house. Seamlessly tied old with the new providing a contemporary twist with a ultra modern master bath with tons of natural light. 3rd floor was remodeled from a cramped and non-functional bedroom into the children's floor with 2 separate bedrooms, shared 3/4 bath and dormer den.

AWH Architects The red hanging swing chair is made by Vivere (http://www.vivereltd.com). Be sure to provide the proper structural support in the ceiling. A normal ceiling joist will not suffice. There is a doubled up 2x12 in the ceiling that this chair is hanging from.
If you mean the green chair in the background that is from IKEA.
