Italo Its actually very satinee, these are all laser cut clean parts so its very smooth to begin with. Your seeing the blueing from the laser shine through as well as the time of day shows more black and reflection. These are leftover skeleton sheets overlayed and cleaned joints. Pieces in the house have much more of that steel grey color I like on your piece. Please show off with some pics that nice wall in front, thats great!

Italo I'd like to offer an update on the xim900 product. Over one year in at 5500 ft and a decent snow year it has not broken down at all. I expect it to slowly rust from the bottom but its very hardy. Ive been using the deft satin and love it. What's great is it blends with xim without issues for touch ups, both are quick dry lacquers. I'd really like to see the rail and that front piece next time I'm in the bay area. Can you give me an address?
