You said the tiles are from Daltile. Are they arctic white or just white? Thanks so much! »
Whitefield & Co, LLC The tiles are 3x6 subway tiles made by Daltile. The edges are not beveled. That being said, in the event you are comparing these to original vintage subway tiles, the edges on these are more eased than the originals. Vintage subway tiles have almost no easing on their edges at all, but these are no longer readily available.
What is the make, style, and vendor for the toilet paper holder? Thank you - what is the make style and vendor of the toilet paper holder? Thank you. »
Whitefield & Co, LLC I'm afraid I don't recall who the vendor is... the home owner actually found them online. I do have to warn you though, there were 3-4 different colors of "white" and there was no way to confirm the color would match the "artic white" wall tile. In the end, we guessed wrong the first time and had to send it back and try again. We got it right the second time around, though if you look at it carefully (not in the picture, but in person), you can discern a slight variation in color between the t.p. holder and the wall tile. Here's a link to a similar product... you can look online and see what else you might find.
twanger71 This is so much like my bathroom in my American Four Square home in Baltimore. The mirror, the tile the floor, the sink even the window and wood trim were original to the home and looked very much like this. I loved it then and I love this design now. I just wish I had used that beautiful paint color. Very nice choice!
Whitefield & Co, LLC I agree... it's a beautiful color. Just remember, of all the things one does to a bathroom, paint is the simplest to change... if you decide you chose the wrong color, it's a far easier fix than if you had selected the wrong sink. Thanks again for the feedback!
We would like 1" hexagon floor tile with light gray grout and 3" x 6" subway tile with white grout for showers with herringbone decorative accent by Daltile (color: Arctic White) for upstairs bathrooms.
