In the right foreground is Salvia chamaedryoides w/ silver foliage and cobalt blue flowers, the purple is Verbena rigida, the coral-pink blossoms on the right by the Verbena is Yarrow: Achillea millefolium, the light pale pink blossoms on the lower left are Oenothera berlandieri: Mexican Evening Primrose; note this plant is extremely invasive - I do not recommend it in a mixed planting. All of these plants require very little water or maintenance once established.
