Have this in chair rail idea book, too. Maybe should use this, after all, for faux area? Even keep to the gold for the tray, under chair rail, and ceilings? Instead of red or black tray?

ceiling to rail and the walls are as busy as mine.....love the gold and could use with tray ceiling...... think about this one! Would love to add chair rail to living room, too, anyway, but have to undo faux wall below.
