Frank & Grossman Landscape Contractors, Inc. That is a concrete block wall with a smooth integral color plaster/stucco finish.

plohni This looks like the Trellis material made by Accents of France. They have a website, Im sure it will pop up on Google.

Jason Lee Design Studio, Inc. These looks like newly planted Hydrangea 'Endless Summer". These will eventually grow to be 3-5 feet.

Frank & Grossman Landscape Contractors planted a border of petite hydrangeas for the 2006 San Francisco Designer Showcase. While they look adorable in this photo taken at the time, you would be wise to plant yours farther apart, as they will grow to be at least 3 feet high.

Or it can be far more elaborate. This trellis combines lattice, fretwork and arches in a finished product that stands out even without plants covering it.
