I loved working with the combination of stone and stucco on this home's exterior. Every detail was thought through, right down to the copper gutters and chimney cap. The fascia boards are painted to match the patina of the gutters, and are the only painted surface to maintain. The stone is a manufactured stone by Coronado Stone Products from their Villa Stone collection, and it's Tuscan Villa in Florentine. The stucco is tinted, so maintenance free for many years to come!

stone Ventian Villa Dakota Brown - I was looking at the Villa stones series by Coronda and looked at thier Dakota Brown. In the picture on the main website there is not as many white pieces in thier Dakota Brown. http://www.coronado.com/
Was the Dakota Brown from the Italian or Tuscan ? »
Inside-Out Designs Hi Hedmonds, If you'll scroll down a couple of comments here, you'll see that someone else asked about the windows and I put the link to the manufacturer. They are brown, and it's a painted finish on a wood window that's done by the manufacturer. If you look at the other pic I've posted of the rear review of this house, you'll get a better look at them. : )
Inside-Out Designs Hi Sarah, The stucco is tinted with a liquid colorant by Quikrete and I believe the color is Canyon No. 1319-11. I hope this helps! ~Kathy
hedmonds Yes this helps alot. One more question, in the picture it appears there is a nice blend of lighter colored (white or cream} stones, when I google Dakota Brown it doesnt appear to be as many light colored stones?
Inside-Out Designs Hi Hedmonds, I responded to this question where you posted in another area, but just to cover it here as well, I was mistaken because I couldn't check my files. It's actually Tuscan Villa stone and the color is Florentine.
what color venetian villa stone is this? - I am looking a coronado quick stack stone for the exterior of our home but cannot get a good gauge of how it will look on our house. Is this by chance the cape cod grey color scheme? »
Inside-Out Designs Hi Lauren, and sorry for my slow reply! The color on this stone is Dakota Brown, but it's definitely in the grey-brown family, vs. the red or yellow browns. Here's another pic I have of this house on my profile, and it shows more of the stone. It really is very subtle, and a beautiful combination of colors in person. Good luck with your hunt! : )
