INSIDE AND OUT CUSTOM FLOORS This looks like a Shaw carpet that was part of the Evans & Black line. Not positive but I think it's been discontinued.

We are a builder, and do not have interior designers in-house... In fact, most builders don't have them in-house. We prefer to work with a handful of talented interior designers from around the Twin Cities, so we're not pigeon-holed into only using in-house designers. I'm afraid you are 100% wrong on this. Our client bought the light fixture from an extremely reputable lighting studio in Minneapolis.
