lauratarn that's a minka aire; concept. I have the same fan. Love it. high quality, quiet and moves a lot of air, remote control allows to change directions without having to climb up to switch it manually which is great with high ceilings.

8. Let things slide. A screen door doesn't have to be hinged. In fact, there will be a number of situations when you'll want that screen door to slide to the side — something that's easily done with an overhead track.
What a clever idea: a screen door that slides, barn style, rather than swinging out or in. This would work particularly well in an area with a small footprint, where an open door could cut into valuable floor space.
would we need to win the lotto to have porch doors like this?
would love a way to incorporate porch space for into kitchen/dining area when entertaining without getting bugs inside
two huge sliding doors that open to an outdoor patio or deck. Great way to open up the home and enjoy warm summer evenings. Love the style of the doors as well.

Love these doors...and hardware...love black hardware on wood. Really keen on mix of screen, adobe wall and wood burning stove, fireplace or maybe just vented niche for grouping of candles or to fit small hibachi charcoal grill
