Anne DeCocco There are quite a few techniques. My favorite is to score the walls with a tool that's just for this purpose, then spray plenty of dishwasher detergent over the wall. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. The enzymes go to work on the old glue and you should be able to scrape the paper off easily. Go slow and be careful, for every ding and dent is a repair job. There are also products to buy that do this enzyme-action, not sure if they're more expensive than plain old dishwasher deterg. Let us know what you do and how it works out!

Though it's an easily overlooked category, few materials offer the options of texture and color that ceramic tiles do. A smooth surface is important in a kitchen but in a bathroom it's less of an issue.
V-Cap. Also known as a sink cap, this piece is used to finish the edge of a kitchen or bathroom counter. It usually has a raised edge to prevent water from dripping onto the floor. Here is an example.
ok this is the color and tile I have in my girls bathroom. The tile is all over,I am thinking of hanging a big white or black and white painting to break up the color and the all over tile
Ceramic tile is good choice for bathrooms
If used in kitchens, use 1/8" or less to reduce grout - and use new composite grout which doesn't need sealing and is more resistant to bad stuff than normal grout
