( it looks like a light gray). the stone looks like a combination of browns and grays »
Witt Construction The granite on this home is from a local quarry from Upstate New York. I unfortunately do not have adequate records for the exact type of granite, but it is granite. It is most likely full thickness (typically 4"). The mortar is exactly that, a lighter grey/beige.
I would suggest visiting one of your local quarry's and making a stone selection on site. Much of the color in the stone is dependent on what part of the earth it comes from; depth, temperature, etc.
Stone Farm I am a distributor of this stone and actually have this same picture! The stone is Adirondack Natural. Feel free to call me if I can help Gavin Johnston - 617-797-6483
themellogroup I am also interested in if siding is Hardie, or if wood, what are the colors of the siding and trim. This combination is an absolute perfect match. I am in process of building a shingle-style home and could not find a color combination i like more than this, but am afraid of "Guessing" at the colors... Looks like your windows match the trim too... Did you paint the windows or order them with the color already matching...?
LOVE the carriage style doors! Are they Clopay by chance? - We're putting an enormous addition on our home this spring, and are going with carriage style. We've looked at the Clopay Craftsman line and one other Clopay line. Just wondering what kind these are, if you don't mind sharing that info. You nailed the look we were going for!!! It is gorgeous! »
