houzzzzzz I was told that I would need a header to support the door or a bracket on the side of the glass that is supporting the door. If that is not the case can you tell me who I can talk to regarding installation.

If you can have hardwoods in the kitchen, then you can have them in the bath. My kitchen sees much more water spillage then the bathrooms. As long as you take precautionary measures and have a great installer, I see no problems. To help with water coming from shower, put in a 12 inch tiled border around shower and tub areas.
