sagemodern Yes it passes building code for CA which is pretty stringent on code. If you want more details I can send you additional drawings and specs.

poorgirl Sagemodern, I would appreciate receiving the drawings & Specs so I can send them to the building inspector, so far he hasn't approved anything that we have designed. We wanted to do the horizontal cable but it won't pass in Ontario. We have a spectacular view and it would be a shame to have to put pickets, we looked at doing the plexiglass panels but we need to be able to shovel the 3 ft of snow that it gets on it in the winter.
