Thomas Rex Hardy, AIA Hi Ems. The pool house is actually on two levels (slopes down in the back). It's a little under 600 square feet on each level. The upper level has a living area, bedroom and bathroom and make s a nice guest house. The lower floor is accessed by a stair down the side, and contains the pool equipment, a wine cellar, and lots of storage. More photos at
