gstegman I agree that it is a good thing to know however his delivery was rude. It is difficult to message and people need to read through their replies before submitting. He is in the service industry, I understand as I am also and when you sign up for something like that you should just know you are going to get some repetitive questions. It's just a part of it and he could have just answered the question along with the tag info since he was responding anyway. Just my opinion too.

Your post is objectively rude, and was clearly intended to be rude. So it's okay for you to be rude to Garrison? But it's not okay for you to read his post and infer rudeness? You're in the service industry. If a client is rude to you, then it's okay for you to stoop to his/her level? That's a rhetorical question, by the way.
