2009 oil on paper geometric abstract by Viennese-Southern Californian artist Dave Fox (1920-2011). Fox fled Vienna in 1939. He dedicated his life to perfecting his skills at drawing, painting and ceramics, with a special emphasis in printmaking inspired by the ever-changing landscapes of Los Angeles and the California mountains to the Pacific ocean. His works are in the permanent collections of the Long Beach Museum of Art and the Carnegie Museum of Art. Framed in a restored Mid Century frame using archival double matting and etched non-glare glass.
