Indoor-outdoor living is a large part of the lifestyle in this mountainous desert region above Scottsdale, and this home makes the most of the views as well as the climate. This covered patio has a view of a golf course, the mountains and the city lights. Josie Fratantoni added traditional Spanish colonial style through rich textures and a warm neutral color palette. The ceiling is stained tongue and groove wood; the floors are travertine and carry through to the uncovered patio outside. The fireplace is hand-carved cantera stone.

I love this outdoor area from the ceiling to the floors. Don't bother asking questions, you must go through Fratantoni Luxury Estates or their interior company to get any answers, and it's probably if you use their services only. But there are many others who are quick to share their resources, you just have to search.
