Karen Dorris, interior Designs That marble looks like Statuario marble. It could also be Calacatta. Both are very expensive in comparison with other marbles and granites. Marble is a calcium carbonate based stone. It is easily scratched and stained in kitchen use. This should be known. It will develope a patina of marks and stains over time. Some people like that and others do not.

I love the wood cabinets. The color and simplicity. Saw hardwar in other pic that I like better. Really like the wood treatment on fridge. Maybe better than a glass front fridge. Also love the countertops. Looks like marble witch I love but dont think its practical
