These pebbles are unpolished mexican pebbles not the polished variety which tends to look more black. When they are unpolished they some times have more of a blueish hue, but they are more on the gray side. You could try using the pebbles and mixing in a colored glass, or using just colored glass if you are looking for a brighter blue.
