Mitchell Construction Group the entire room is roughly 12'6"x26'. That includes the closet on the end of the room closest to the shower which is 7'x8' neo angled and the closet on the far end behind the tub which similarily is 6x6 neo angled. NExt to this closet is also a closet with a toilet in it that is 4x6. so to be a little less confusing the area of the room, less the closet space is. roughly 210sqft
