Chipper Hatter Architectural Photographer I was the photographer, didn't design or construct the bar. But from memory I'd say possibly 10-14 inches. Enough that it could be used as a eating area with barstools.

karenmommy would you say the beginning of the bar (area with stools) starts out at about 12 inches and goes to about 14 or 15 at the biggest width?

mcteacher Thanks so much! Choosing granite is one of the most difficult decisions I have ever had to make, and I've finally decided that clean and simple is best. I'll check these out.
