I've found them to have great service - and sometimes they have online specials if you're on their email list.
They now sell shades at craft stores that have adhesive on the face so you can apply fabric to them. You can also purchase a regular shade and glue it if you are careful. Be sure to template your fabric out prior to cutting...roll the shade on its side along the fabric. You will find you are cutting an arc shaped strip.
