Hi, I have some clients who are looking to do a free-hanging concrete c-top in their master bath. One question is about weight - is this solid or hollow with an "L" front edge. Also, wondered how it is installed/what is best connection to the walls. Thanks very much, Susan Keating - Keating Homes, LLC »
I am in the same dilemma at the moment, I am getting the same kind of cantilevered concrete counter top for my basin done, and I am worried about the weight.
Please let me know if you have any ideas for the same.
I was thinking supporting it by concealing steel brackets on both sides, and also putting 8mm rebar in the concrete slab.
skeating I haven't, but I'm thinking that is the best solution. Are you doing a full slab that's several inches thick or one that's 2-3 inches except the front edge, which would have a similar (5"?6") depth and appearance that it's solid?
Minimalistosch gewoon stenen balk met wastafel.
Enkel als er ook opbergkast in badkamer kan weggewerkt worden.
Grote spiegel zeker te overdenken vanwege extra ruimtelijk gevoel
