Kayron Brewer, CKD, CBD / Studio K B The concept of the "wet room" is that everything can get wet. Use materials that can handle the water, or at least some over spray. It is a very European way of outfitting a bath. I saw quite a few in Italian hotels. It eliminates the need for a costly glass surround. Although, if you share the bath with another and are shy, it might not be your preference.
This is a very bold look so you better be very sure it is what you want. This green tile really give this bathroom a wow factor. Having the smaller tiles allwos for more grout to give the room a bit more depth.
Two excellent sources for grass green and kelly green mosaic bath tiles---albeit for a shower or a backsplash---are Ann Sacks and Waterworks. Depending on what you're looking for, mosaic tile can also be super cost-effective based on which finish and/or material you choose. http://www.annsacks.com http://www.waterworks.com
