By The Modern Fan Company.The Aurora fan incorporates a circline fluorescent lamp within a translucent diffuser, providing the incandescent equivalent of 180 watts of long-lasting, color-corrected, energy saving fluorescent light. The innovative Aurora fan qualifies for the EPA's Energy Star labeling as a highly efficient, energy conserving design.The bottom rotor is die-cast aluminum and along with the other metal components is available in either a brushed aluminum or gloss white finish. The body of the Aurora is an acrylic diffuser which transmits light both downward and reflects light upward for complete room lighting.
Note: The fluorescent ballast is not dimmable. Any control ordered with the Aurora will be supplied in a non-dimming version.
