Didn’t think boldly colored shag rugs still had a place in today’s design? Think again: this bright pop of green is playful beneath this dining table, and it helps to separate the dining space from the living area. The consistency of the shag rug breaks up the cool appeal of the flooring.
Shag Rugs You might not go wall to wall in green shag anymore, but a long-fiber shag is definitely in. This grass-green area rug is a stylish nod to the abomination of the '70s.

Concrete walls & floor. Huge windows, loads of natural light.
I like the play of strong & soft texturers in the room decoration:
smooth metal, smooth wood & 70's style green shag rug in moderation.
I'm not usually one to go for concrete or minimalist decorating, but I REALLY LIKE THIS ROOM! It's got a softer feel than you'd expect from an industrial type loft/apartment.
Neutral is not the only color these long fibered rugs should come in, like this circular bright green shag that imitates a patch of fresh-cut green grass. The look plays off with the other accessories places around this room.
