Originally designed by J. Merrill Brown in 1887, this Queen Anne style home sits proudly in Cambridge's Avon Hill Historic District. Past was blended with present in the restoration of this property to its original 19th century elegance. The design satisfied historical requirements with its attention to authentic detailsand materials; it also satisfied the wishes of the family who has been connected to the house through several generations.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your question maimo9! The vanities are 2' deep at the curve and 1'-6" deep at the straight edge.

Diane Whalen Two questions: What are the dimensions of the toilet room? What are the dimensions of the rest of the bathroom? I really like this layout... but I'm not sure if we could fit everything.

Siemasko + Verbridge The toilet room is 5' x 3'. The entire bathroom is is 9' x 15'.

Siemasko + Verbridge Thanks for your inquiry. We are very hesitant to give out the names of the paint colors used in our projects because digital media display can alter the true color. With that warning in mind, the Cabinet/Trim paint color is Benjamin Moore's Sabre Gray.
