It's made up of precast concrete moldings. The concrete is colored and then gets a light sandblasting to give it an adged look. Hope this helps :-)
J ANDREW DEVELOPMENT Just depends. The driving cost on this design was the concrete moldings and synthetic stucco. There is not much in concrete (just the column footings), not much in framing - there is just 4 columns so most the framing cost is in the roof trusses. So you could do without the moldings and use regualar stucco. It's a beautiful look though, isn't it.
