modern kitchen remmodel designed by Shirry Dolgin of A.S.D. Interiors. I used a mix of neutral materials and dark woods. I used Caesar Stone for the countertops and a glass and marble backsplash tile.

butterflyy Your kitchen is beautiful! I agree with previous post to introduce color via chairs and accents (dish towels, bowls, art, etc.) CB2 has a fantastic yellow stool with a handle on top that your kids could move around to get access to counter, use as chair, etc. also comes in a peacock blue, which I am also thinking would serve as a nice accent color along with red. If you are into contemporary art, try "modern art every day" on Etsy. The artists collection really spruced up my contemporary white kitchen that was also craving a jolt of color. Good luck!

The long contemporary looking glass back splash can be found all over the place, but it is all about finding the best vendor who will give you a great price and quality. Not only that, a great contractor is key in kitchen remodeling and making everything functional, clean and correctly placed.

All glass, same concept-more modern because of tile shape, but we would chose a more transitional shape, and the glass brings in more shine/color, however it's much more expensive vs our subway choices.
