Victorian Home on Mt Tabor

The "before" home had a circular driveway which dominated the back yard. An L shaped sunroom was added in the 70's wrapping the house on 2 sides, cutting off all direct light to the kitchen and dining. In addition, the sunroom's corrugated plastic roof made this space very hot in the summer and lack of insulation made it freezing in the winter.

What Houzz contributors are saying:

The sunporch previously stuck out like a sore thumb on the side and back of the house.
