A pretty porch/mudroom/laundry room
This hardworking porch does triple duty as a mudroom located just off the kitchen, a laundry room with open shelves for storage and display and a potting/clean up room with a large vintage cast iron double sink.

GREAT!! This looks so much like the back entrance to #139. Love the door and the hardware. Love the different colors. Tile floor for mud room and flooring in the kitchen. Like the sink. Like the ceiling. DON"T like the starfish-too beachy. Really like the plastic shoe mat.
