Chic Decor & Design, Margarida Oliveira This is a custom designed unit. You will need to find local millworkers that could provide you with a unit suitable for your space and have them quote you. Good luck.
Like this wall unit - I am designing a wall unit for my living room. My carpenter and I are trying to decide on the depth of the shelves. 12" would fit my storage needs and the size of the room....but I'm wondering if that would make the unit appear cheap or flimsy. So, I was wondering how deep your shelves are.....because they look great! Thanks.

evandfred I really love this wall unit. Is it custom made? I live in the Boston area. Where can I find a place to either buy, or have built for my den? I would like to alter the deign so that I can have an open aren for a desk chair and use part of the unit for my laptop. I also want to store my printer in one of the cabinets.
Chic Decor & Design, Margarida Oliveira Hi Maryanne, I designed this unit for a client and it was executed by a cabinet maker (whose skill and technical knowledge helped tweak the final product). I encourage you to contact local cabinet makers and discuss your needs, you may also need to hire a designer if the drawings the cabinet makers provide are not fulfilling both your functional and aesthetic needs. Good luck!
Chic Decor & Design, Margarida Oliveira Hi Michael,
unfortunately I cannot tell you the exact dimensions of this custom unit but I can tell you that it is a very substantial unit with a lot of attention to detail.
Chic Decor & Design, Margarida Oliveira hi linda,
we custom built this unit and then used a custom blended tint as the base coat. This was sprayed on, then a warm glaze was applied on top that further softened the warm white beneath. It's closest to a satin finish. Hope that helps.
