StarrMiller Interior Design, Inc. Ushy - the wallpaper has texture and glows in depth. Hard to match, however if I had to I might try Benjamin Moore HC-155 or Valspar 4010-8 Enchanted Navy or Valspar 4011-8 Mystified. Try them on the walls and see what your light does with them!
