Single Modular Wine Rack

How do you securely mount the PB modular wine rack? - The PB modular wine racks come with screws for mounting the top rack onto the wall. My issue is the included screw heads are too small for the top modular rack "loops" and the entire modular unit could be easily knocked off the wall! I cannot figure out how to hang this wine rack as getting screws with larger heads, or using washers with the original screws looks horrible. I find it interesting that the PB photo doesn't show the top modular rack! Any ideas/suggestions for mounting this thing? PB customer service have been no help and don't understand the issue. Thanks! »
