This steamshower sports "his and hers" individual settings for controls with memories. The "waterfall" was drawn on a sheet of plywood then the tiles were cut with a laser to fix then the individual round white river stones were added and two colour glass oval beads. Choose your tile setter carefully!
Does this shower have a steamer? If I install one in during the remodel what am I looking to spend? - I have room for a 5' X 4' shower. I like steam rooms and was wondering the cost and what special venting was needed for a steam shower. »
Kayleigh Tubbergen You can put a steam system into your project for under $3,000. Thermasol makes a great, simple product that allows you to choose the size generator you need (so you don't overpay for power you won't use), and they have a variety of control packages. You can choose the very basic package, all the way up to control packaged with digital controllers, chromatherapy lights, and ipod/iphone music system integration. Base package, though - under $3K. Traditional Log Homes Ltd We laid out a template on plywood first with a "water fall" impression. We then placed the big tiles on the sheet, placed the template on top of the tiles and drew it again on the tiles. We then sent the pieces to a tile cutter that used a lazer cutter.
Once the big tiles were cut we placed them back on the plywood template and added the small round river stone tiles and glass tiles for the water effect then re-produced the result again on the prepared wall of the shower. Whew!!
