In the design stages many details were incorporated in this classic kitchen to give it dimension since the surround cabinets, counters and backsplash were white. Polished nickel plumbing, hardware and custom grilles on feature cabinets along with the island pendants add shine, while finer details such as inset doors, furniture kicks on non-working areas and lofty crown details add a layering effect in the millwork. are these cabinets functional or do they not open and it is just a decoration? »
House of L Interior Design Hi...These are fully functioning doors with adjustable shelves behind them. Decorative and functional. Thanks for your inquiry!
I love this lattice cabinet front! - This is such a great texture and look! Where can I find something like this? Would you say it could work in a kitchen that blends new ideas with classic looks? Thanks for your fresh and beautiful designs and sharing them with us! »
House of L Interior Design Thank you so much for your wonderful compliments! I would definitely consider this a very timeless and classic detail that could be used in numerous applications to add an elegant touch. The grille is from www.katonahhardware.com in Chicago and is the Small Diamond with Plain Rosette Pattern. I hope this helps and good luck with your project!
