Richard Lusk Landscape and Design I believe this was $1.2M for the pool, grottos and rockwork- basically the whole water environment- without the landscaping.

I like the firepit (without sand), the waterfalls should have the spa underneath, perhaps a sauna/steam room with a see through wall. And a wine cellar. All should be accesable from the main house.
