Paul Anater That's either a custom or semi-custom piece. Most better kitchen and bath designers can put something like this together for you. It's an inset door style with an exposed finial hinge. Even though it looks like a single piece, it's actually several components that have been joined together. Similar styles can be made by using components from Medallion Cabinetry. Medallion is available all over the US and there's a dealer locator on their website. www.medallioncabinetry.com
