Schnarr Craftsmen Inc There isn't an upper cabinet in this photo. You may be referring to the framed mirror. The line that you see in the mirror is a reflection from the shower glass.

Schnarr Craftsmen Inc I'm certain that the tub is a Maax product by the label under the handle, but the model appears to be discontinued as I can't find it in their current catalog.

Gina Johnson Yeah, Maax discontinued this product. Laufen makes a similar line of tubs called Ilbagnoalessi that can be incorporated into a similar design.

What type of tile is used?

Schnarr Craftsmen Inc 1) Yes, they're held in place with clips.
2) There isn't heat in the bench but wasn't meant so much for sitting as it is for putting a leg up for shaving.
