Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hello from Minnesota!! The flooring (since it is a screen porch) was a 5/4 cedar decking. A red paint was then applied over it (you can see it near the chair to the right. Hope that helps and thanks for looking!!
Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hello and thanks for your question. I did some checking and that wicker was purchased at Pier One Imports. Good Luck!!
Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Thanks for your email. We are a design build-firm and everything you are seeing are not only homes we've built, but also homes we've designed. We work very closely with each client to arrive at a plan that meets their needs, taste, and budget. I am certainly happy to answer and specific questions you have, so feel free to pose those if you have any.
Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hi there! The brand of ceiling fan in this photo is a Minka. We purchased it at a local lighting store, however it should be easily available at your local lighting store or online. You will need to go to the Minka company site to determine the model # and name as I couldn't locate that, but once you find that it should be fairly easy to track down. Good luck!!
tammijoe This is one model....Minka Aire ...Model#F802-ORB Ceiling Fan / Family: Vintage Gyro
There is another one that I think is just awesome but I do not have the model number for but its called.....Minka Aire Traditional "Sterling" Walnut Ceiling Fan
Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hello, This fireplace was done by a craftsman that is no longer in business, he did a great job. The type of stone is a native fieldstone. Glad you like it!!
bifferton Hi! I want to duplicate this fireplace. I have fieldstone from an old 18th century home that I want to incorporate into its construction. I would really appreciate getting some more pictures to help my local craftsman do this more accurately.
Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hi, the fixture is great looking but works nice too. The brand is Minka Lighting and the manufacturer's website is www.minkagroup.net I think this model is the traditional gyro but they also make one called a vintage gyro and several others that are similar. They should be able to be easily purchased at many online retailers or lighting stores. Best of luck!!
