Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hello and thanks for your interest. The island counter is a cherry butcher block and the rear counter in the photo is granite with a chiseled edge. The floor is a reclaimed southern yellow pine and the ceiling is a center matched pine, not reclaimed though. Hope this helps and thanks for looking!!!

Lands End Development - Designers & Builders The walls are skip trawel texture (drywall) with a gold paint over it. Over the top of the gold paint is a stain wash that gives it that textrured look and darkens it. As this home was built several years ago, I do not know the exact color of gold paint or the stain, but I do know it is a two step process to create that look. It is really cool!! Lands End Development - Designers & Builders Hello and thanks for your question. This kitchen island/bar was 8 1/2' long x 40" deep. As a general rule of thumb we like to see 2 lineal feet of "elbow room" per bar stool. Hope that helps, best of luck!!
